Vocab presenting value
性价比 (value for money), 优势 (advantage), 差异化 (differentiation), 解决方案 (solution), 案例 (case study).
Pattern: 'A 和 B 不一样' (A is different from B) untuk differentiation talk. '我们的优势在于...' (our advantage is...) untuk USP.
Objection handling
Common objection: 太贵了 (too expensive). Response: 我理解您的顾虑 (I understand your concern) plus reframe value vs price.
Avoid direct disagreement. Pakai 这是个好问题 (good question) sebagai bridge sebelum response.
Closing
Soft close: 您觉得怎么样 (what do you think). Hard close: 我们可以开始合作 (we can start cooperation).
